COMMUNITY HEALTH PROGRAMS

The mission of the Community Programs department of Harbor Health Services is to enhance the health of residents within our community. The department operates out of both Neponset Health Center and Geiger Gibson Community Health and provides services to individuals living within Dorchester, Mattapan, Quincy, Roxbury, Jamaica Plain, Milton as well as other South Shore Communities. Our goal is two fold:

1) to first engage individuals with care, especially those that are the hardest to reach,

2) to provide accessible, affordable health care for all individuals. To ensure that we meet our goals staff are actively working within the surrounding communities to educate and provide individuals with access to care.
